The SMARTair® iClass/MIFARE UOC Narrow Reader with 1 Relay is a compact, high-performance wall reader designed for secure and flexible access control. Supporting both RFID credentials and Update-On-Card (UOC) technology, this reader is ideal for locations requiring a sleek form factor, such as aluminum profile doors or narrow frames.
Engineered for reliability and modern security standards, it reads a wide range of contactless technologies including MIFARE Classic, DESFire, HID iCLASS®, ISO 15693, and SKIDATA. It also supports Openow® mobile credentials via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), enabling smartphone-based access without additional hardware.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, this reader offers an IP56 rating and operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, making it suitable for demanding environments such as offices, hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities.
Its integrated relay allows seamless connection to electromechanical locking devices like electric strikes or maglocks. The system can be managed in Offline, UOC, or Wireless Online modes and easily upgraded on-site to full wireless capability.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
