Not satisfied with your order? We are happy to refund most customers, minus shipping and restocking fees. Please review the return policy to see if you qualify.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

You can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after you place an order. After 24 hours, please get in touch with our customer support team to see your options.

Return Policy

International Customers

Due to long shipping times and higher costs, customers outside the US are not eligible for returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, we can offer up to 30% compensation. Please order at your own risk if you are outside the US.

Domestic Customers

There is a 30-day return window after receiving your order. We will refund your order minus any shipping or restocking fees. Shipping fees can vary depending on your location or the type of item you have purchased.

Restocking fees are 25% of the total purchasing amount. However, some vendors may waive the fees if a subsequent order with equal or greater values is placed. Visit our vendor page to see which vendors honor this policy.

 

Exceptions

In some cases, we will not accept a return. These exceptions include:

  • Any item that is scratched or damaged in some way.
  • An item that is missing some of its parts, such as screws.
  • The item is not in its original packaging and is damaged during shipment. Please make sure the item is adequately cushioned before shipping it back.
  • We've determined that the item is not in resalable condition.
  • Any items that were final sale or were exceptions to our return policies.
  • Any unauthorized returns. Please get in touch with us before initiating the return.
  • *We reserve the right to refuse full or partial refunds on purchases. If a returned item is received in unsellable condition, and has been deemed non-refundable, we can ship it back, If you wish, at your expense.
