Cancellations or Modifications

A buyer may cancel or modify their order before 24 hours of order placement.

Returning an Item

After receiving the package, you have 30 days to return your order in its original unopened package state. If the item is not in a resalable condition, we will not issue any credit.

We will give you a full refund minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. The shipping fee is on the customer and can depend on the item's size and where the customer lives. If you have a custom order, it cannot be returned.

All returns must be unauthorized. If you send us an order without notifying us, we will not accept it.

Restocking Fees

The restocking fee is 25% of your total purchasing amount. However, if a subsequent order with equal or greater value is placed, the vendor might waive the fee. Visit our vendor page to learn which vendors will waive the fees.
