Electronic Storeroom Function: The outside lever is fixed and latch is retracted only by key or electronic credentials on the exterior. The inside lever is always unlocked for easy exit.
Full Size Interchangeable Core (FSIC): This product is for use with full size interchangeable cores. This allows users to easily change keyways and/or cylinders without uninstalling the lock. Options are given in configuration, however any FSIC can be used.

ENGAGE™ Technology: ENGAGE technology is a connectivity platform that simplifies access management and provides easy to use electronic credentials. ENGAGE™ technology is compatible with most proximity and smart cards including aptiQ™ and aptiQmobile.™
ENGAGE™ Mobile App: Use the ENGAGE™ mobile app to send immediate updates to the lock. The mobile app also allows you to add and configure locks, add new users and enroll credentials, view audits and alerts by door, and perform diagnostics. Requires iPhone 4S or newer with iOS 7.1 or later or Android 4.4 (Kit Kat) or later.
ENGAGE™ Web App: Use the web app to configure locks, add new users and enroll credentials, and view audits and alerts by door. Requires Internet Explorer 11.0 or later, Chrome 38.0 or later, Firefox 33.0 or later or Safari for Mac OS X 10 +.
Built-in WiFi: NDE locks are WiFi enabled and can be connected to your network. Use this technology to send daily updates scheduled by the ENGAGE™ cloud to occur automatically within 24 hours.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
