Sargent 2992 Fire Guard Electromechanical Closer-Holder Release Devices are designed to hold open fire and smoke-rated doors until power is interrupted by a fire alarm condition or remote release switch. The Sargent 2992 Fire Guard Closer-Holder connects to the buildings smoke and fire system providing for automatic closing during fire (emergency) conditions.
