The Medeco XT LFIC is a direct retrofit for its mechanical counterpart. It can be installed in seconds using an XT Control Key.
The retrofit design and use of existing hardware is cost-effective and virtually eliminates business disruption during installation. The Medeco XT LFIC is ideal for openings that require access control and monitoring, and allows quick response to security threats, lost or stolen keys, or personnel changes without the added cost of changing locks and keys.
Power to the opening is provided by the rechargeable XT key, so wiring to the door is not needed.

Medeco XT is a robust Intelligent Key system with access control features that retrofits mechanical cylinders and is managed by state-of-the-art software.
The XT key provides all power to the cylinder, eliminating the need for any hard wiring or power supply.
XT keys are electronically programmed to open only specific locks during a designated schedule, offering access control and monitoring. Grant after-hours and temporary access with electronic scheduling.
Audit information recorded in both the lock and key shows a time-and-date stamped record of every event, including authorized accesses and unauthorized attempts. Cylinder audit shows list of keys that were used to attempt an opening, but were denied authorization.
Remote programming lets you respond immediately to personnel changes, even if keys are not returned. Lost or stolen keys can be turned off in the system to reduce risk.
Lost or stolen keys can be blacklisted so they will not function.
Stand-alone or web-based software offers flexible programming, scheduled access and full audit reports.
Keys store up to 14,000 audit events. Lock/cylinder stores up to 2,000 audit events.
Bluetooth-enabled keys available to allow programming using any mobile device via Android or iOS app.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.Â
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
