The Marks USA 195AQ is a Grade 1 cylindrical exit lever lockset from the Survivor Series, engineered with a unique clutch mechanism that disengages the levers from the retractor and interior lock components when locked, allowing them to swing freely without resistance. This innovative design eliminates lever droop, dramatically reduces wear on internal components, and delivers a longer-lasting, lower-maintenance solution for demanding commercial applications. Featuring ANSI Function F83 (AQ-Exit), a deadlocking latch bolt, a 2-3/4" backset, and a front size of 1-1/8" x 2-1/4", this lockset meets ANSI/BHMA A156.2 standards and is UL and CUL Listed. The 195 Series American lever is finished in Bright Polished Brass (605/US3) with a solid cast Zamac lever body and stainless steel latch bolt for lasting durability.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
