The Marks USA 5SS19GL is part of the LifeSaver series of ANSI Grade 1 institutional life safety locksets, purpose-engineered to address managed liability, accident prevention, life safety, and security in behavioral health care institutions, X-ray settings, and correctional facilities. This anti-ligature mortise lockset features a Privacy (ANSI F26) function with a thumb turn on the inside and coin turn on the outside, and is designed to restrict the attachment of lines, laces, and similar items to door levers. Built entirely from stainless steel with a Satin Stainless Steel finish, it accommodates a 1 3/4" door thickness with a 2 3/4" backset and a steel case measuring 4 3/16" x 6 1/16" x 7/16". The 5SS19GL is non-handed, ADA compliant, fire rated, and backed by the Marks USA Lifetime Mechanical Warranty.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
