The Marks USA 195DC is a Grade 1 Communicating Clutched Lever Lockset from the 195 Series, engineered for demanding commercial applications where durability and security are paramount. Featuring "The Clutch" mechanism, the outside lever disengages when locked — turning freely without actuating the latch — dramatically reducing torque stress compared to rigid-lever locksets. The lockset withstands torque of 1,800 inch-pounds (over twice the ANSI/BHMA 1996 test value) and has been life tested to over 6 million cycles. Supplied with a 6-pin cylinder in Marks C keyway with 2 nickel-silver keys, it supports door thicknesses of 1-5/8" to 1-7/8" (use K1704 spacer for 1-3/8" doors) and is UL Listed with a 3-hour fire rating.

- Latch & Strike Specifications: Latch #1834 with 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" front, 9/16" throw, and stainless steel nose. Strike #1135, 4-7/8" ASA curved lip.
- Electrified Operation: 100% duty cycle; 24V/AC supplied with bridge rectifier; 24V/DC at 0.21 Amps standard. 12V/DC optional. Request to Exit (REX) Switch available: single pole, double throw, 3 amp, 125 AC, wired normally open or normally closed (not standard).
- Cast Stainless Steel Retractor: Retractor is cast stainless steel with bronze roller bearings for ultra-high strength, smooth operation, and long service life.
- Solid Cast Zamac Levers: Levers are solid cast Zamac with 1/2" return. Rose is thru-bolted, 3-7/16" diameter, spring loaded with 2 #10 thru-bolts.
- Vibration-Proof Thru-Bolt Mounting: Thru-bolting with #10 epoxy-coated bolts ensures vibration-proof mounting with only two thru-bolts required for easy installation.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy

Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
