The Marks USA 195DB is a Grade 1 commercial cylindrical lever lockset engineered for classroom intruder protection, featuring "The Clutch" — a mechanism that disengages the outside lever when locked, allowing it to spin freely without opening the latch and dramatically reducing torque-related failure risk. Supplied with 6-pin cylinders in Marks "C" keyway and 2 nickel-silver keys, this lockset withstands torque of 1,800 inch-pounds — over twice the ANSI/BHMA (1996) test value — and has been life tested over 6 million cycles with full operability after testing. Designed for doors 1-5/8" to 1-7/8" thick (K1704 spacer required for 1-3/8" doors), it supports a standard 2-3/4" backset with optional 2-3/8", 3-3/4", and 5" backsets available. Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
