LCN 4310ME SENTRONIC, Surface-Mounted Heavy Duty Fire/Life Safety Track Closer - Plated Finish
The 4310ME Sentronic is a Heavy Duty, electrically controlled Closer/holder designed to provide infinitely adjustable hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. Door is held open until current interruption releases mechanism and the Door closes. Single Lever (track) Arm Closer is specifically designed for Interior doors. Choice of finishes, cylinder functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements. An ME provides only the Closer / Holder function.
The 2310ME, 4310ME and 4410ME Sentronic Closers provide adjustable hold-open points for fire and smoke barrier doors. The Closers are UL listed for metal smoke barriers or labelled fire doors. They also meet ANSI/BHMA A156.15 and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code standards. Each Closer is backed by a 2-year limited warranty, offers optional plated finishes and integrates with existing fire and life safety systems, minimizing danger to life and property under fire conditions.
The 2310ME, 4310ME and 4410ME Series function as full rack-and-pinion Door Closers when hold-open is not engaged or the electrical current is interrupted. The finishes, cylinder functions and installation accessories meet virtually all life and safety requirements.

Mounting/Arm Options
The 2310ME Series mounts Concealed in Frame, with a Single Lever track Arm Concealed in the door. The 4310ME Series is surface Mounted on hinge (pull side) with a Single Lever track Arm. Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
