Kit replaces 5-point FUHR lock found in Caradco doors with rollers and shootbolts.
Replacement lock has shootbolts but no rollers.

NOTE: This is a kit for an active 80 inch Caradco door.
Caradco also featured a similar lock in a 93 inch door. (93" replacement 4990237)

Handle-height: Adjustable from 33-37 inches (to replace Caradco, lock must be trimmed so handle height is 35-1/2 inches)
Backset: 35mm
Full Lock Length: Adjustable (to replace Caradco 80 inch lock, must trim)
PZ: 92mm

1. Gear box with bottom extension  part number 11575128
2. Top shootbolt tip part number 8778611(shorter shootbolt tip in kit--make sure you install correct shoot on correct end) 
3. Bottom shootbolt tip part# 8787583(longer shootbolt tip)
4. Middle Extension part number 8778691
5. SPANPLATTENSCHRAUBE - - Stainless Steel Chipboard Screws 35mm- 12 count part # 8785695
6. 2876118 need 2 cover plates

1) Trim approximately 2-1/4 inches off bottom shootbolt so when connected to gear box, handle sits at 35-1/2 inches up the door.
*CAUTION: Lock will be hot after trimming; do not use electric saw--lock will discolor and can warp.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :

• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.

Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)

• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. 

Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)

• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Cut keys
• Electronic locks once powered or installed

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)

• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.

Return Authorization Required

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
