DOOR
The INFINITY’s door is constructed of inner and outer electronically welded steel plates including our “Z” reinforcement bars covering the entire door. An advanced manganese alloy super steel hardplate covers the entire door to protect the locks and mechanism areas against drilling and cutting. The door has an overall thickness of 5¼” (130mm) with a barrier thickness of 3” (75mm). The specific arrangement and choice of the high-tech barrier materials is what gives the door superior resistance to concentrated and repeat burglary attack with a wide range of modern tools.
BODY
Big bear has redesigned the INFINITY’s security barrier in the body of the safe achieving a thinner and lighter high-tech security barrier without compromising its integrity and security. It is constructed of inner and outer electrically welded steel plates including our “Z” reinforcement bars welded to the inner and outer body that together with Bif bear ultra dense “Megacrete” and reinforcement special alloy grid form a 3 ” (75mm) uniquely strong body.
BOLTWORK AND RELOCKING MECHANISM
Big bears patented 3 way, laser-cut locking mechanism activates massive 1 3/8 ” (35mm) bolts.
A continuous, reinforced interlock rail secures the door on the hinge side. A tempered glass plate protects the vital mechanism area. An attack by tool, torch or explosives will shatter the glass activating two independent relocking devices which additinally lock the boltwork mechanism.
LOCKS
The INFINITY Fortress is equipped with a Group 2 UL-listed combination lock. Each safe can also be fitted with optional secondary U.L.-Listed key lock. An optional U.L.-Listed electronic combination lock can also be fitted on the safe as an optional extra.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
