DOOR POSITION SWITCH : A sensor used in digital door locks to detect whether a door is not closed propery, or if it is open or closed. It helps monitor the status of the door and ensures the lock operates properly by triggering actions like locking or unlocking based on the door’s position.
CLUTCH :
Clutch technology allows turning of lever without retracting latch. Thus prolonging the life of the lock by reducing stress on the spindle and other parts.

LOW BATTERY INDICATOR : The blinking sound action signals internal 4 AAA alkaline
batteries are low. Battery percentage is also displayed in the app.

WEATHER RESISTANT :
All models are weather resistant for temperature operating ranges of -4○F ~ 149○F (-20○C ~ +65○C). For outdoor use of the Front Panel, the back panel should not be exposed to outdoor conditions and it is recommended to use an outdoor lock cover protector. Optional rubber seal for enhanced weather resistance in outdoor use. (Included in the box).
FUNCTIONS :
ENTRANCE : Latch bolt operated by lever from either side. Outside would need to enter pre-programmed code on the touch screen in order to retract the latch upon turning lever. Key, RFID Card, Smart PhoneApp overrides the use of the touch screen.
STOREROOM : Latch bolt operated by lever from either side. Outside would need to enter pre-programmed code on the touch screen in order to retract the latch upon turning lever. Key, RFID Card, Smart PhoneApp overrides the use of the touch screen. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when door is closed. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
