The Cal Royal SL101 is a Grade 2 Cylindrical Lever lock that Meets ADA Barrier Free Regulations and comes with a 6 Pin Solid Brass "C" Keyway. Cal Royal SL101 Locks are non-handed, have Concealed Screw Mounting and are UL 3 Hour Fire Rated. The Cal Royal SL101 Cylindrical Lever locks are used for offices, schools, hospitals, apartments, hotel/motel, residential, commercial and public building applications.

Backset: - 2-3/4" Standard, 2-3/8", 3-3/4" and 5" optional.

Front - 2-1/4" x 1 1/8", adjustable for flat or beveled doors 1/8" in 2".

Strike: ASA strike standard, "T" and full lip strike available on request.

Latchbolt - 1/2" Throw solid brass, reversible for RH or LH applications. UL listed. Latch and Stick Screws - 8-32 X 1" FPH dual purpose.

Keying - 6-pin "C" keyway cylinder, 2 keys per lock.
Keying with control key and masterkey available.

ANSI Function F90 – Deadlocking latch bolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by key or by push button on inside lever. Key in outside lever locks or unlocks outside lever. Outside key releases push button when locked from inside. Rotating inside lever or closing the door releases push button.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Products

• Emtek configured products
• Hoppe trim sets and multipoint hardware
• Keyed locks or cylinders
• Cut keys
• Electronic locks once powered or installed
• Safes once delivered or installed
• Clearance or discounted items
• Items showing signs of installation
Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
