- ENTRANCE / PUSH BUTTON LOCK: Pushing button in inside knob locks outside knob. Turning inside knob or operating key in outside knob releases button automatically. Closing door does not release button. Button cannot be fixed in lock position. Inside knob always free. Latch bolt automatically deadlocks when door is closed.
- STORELOCK: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by knob from either side, except when both knobs are locked by key in knob from either side.
- CLASSROOM: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by knob from either side except when outside knob is locked from outside by key. When outside knob is locked, latch bolt is operated by turning inside knob.
- COMMUNICATING: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by knob from either side. Turning key in either knob locks or unlocks its own knob independently.
- STOREROOM: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by key in outside knob or by rotating inside knob. Outside knob is always fixed.
- VESTIBULE: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by knob from either side except when outside knob is locked by key from inside. Latch bolt may be retracted by key in outside knob or by rotating inside knob.
- INSTITUTION: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by key in knob from either side. Both knobs are always fixed.
- PATIO LOCK: Deadlocking latch bolt operated by knob from either side. Outside knob is locked by push button inside and unlocked by rotating inside knob or closing door.
- PRIVACY LOCK: Latch bolt operated by knob from either side. Outside knob is locked by push button inside and unlocked by emergency release outside. Turning inside knob or closing door releases push button.
- PASSAGE SET: Latch bolt operated by knob from either side at all times.
- DUMMY LEVER: Single dummy trim for one side of door. Pull only.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Electronic locks once powered or installed

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
