Cal-Royal CRCODE203 Institution Pushbutton Lever Lock
Latch bolt operated by lever from either side by entering a pre-programmed code on the keypad in order to retract the latch upon turning the lever. Both lever always locked, unless one or both sides are set to passage mode. If one side is set to passage, function can be storeroom. If both sides are set to code-free, function becomes passage
GENERAL:Full length 5 1/2" lever handle with 7/8" return. Escutcheon dimension 3 1/2" x 8 1/8". Key removable outside lever for all models for fast re-keying. 2 1/8" diameter bore.
BREAKAWAY LEVER DESIGN:Lever will stay at the 5 o'clock position when forced down without retracting the latch, to prevent breaking of handle and giving the impression of the handle being broken to discourage or scare off vandals.
DOOR RANGES:1 3/8" - 1 3/4"
ANSI STANDARDS:Meets or exceeds ANSI A 156.2, Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements.
LATCH FACEPLATE:Standard 2 1/4" x 1 1/8" for 2 3/4" backset
LATCH OPTIONS:2 3/4" standard, brass with 1/2" throw.
STRIKES:ASA 1 1/4" x 4 7/8" standard
CYLINDER & KEYWAYS:6 pin solid brass "C" keyway standard.

EASY ON-DOOR CODE CHANGE:Code can be changed without removing the lock from the door and using only a "code change" key.
1-12 DIGIT CODE:An entry code can be a combination of 1 to 12 digits long. The digits can be entered in any order. For example, if the chosen 6-digit code is "5283XZ" it can be entered as "ZX3825" or "3X8Z25" or in any other combination of the 6-digit code.
CODE-FREE OPTION (PASSAGE MODE):Once enabled, the lock remains unlocked until disable PASSAGE MODE is initiated.
WEATHER RESISTANT:Can resist above or below normal weather conditions without compromising security.

Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
