Dual Mode: Keypad and Mechanical Key Both Work
This is the critical distinction of the CRCODE007 -it's a dual-mode system. Entry from outside is possible two ways: electronic code entry through the keypad, or physical key in the cylinder. The cylinder doesn't disable when the keypad is active, and the keypad doesn't require the cylinder to function. If the battery dies or a user forgets their code, the mechanical key still opens the door. For facility managers, this means a digital exit trim that can be deployed without removing the existing key system or creating a single point of failure.
90 User Codes, 4 to 6 Digits
The CRCODE007 stores up to 90 individual numeric user codes. Each code can be 4, 5, or 6 digits long. The code length is consistent across the system -you set one digit length during setup and all user codes use that format. 90 codes is sufficient for most departmental access control situations: a floor of employees, a residential building hallway, a school wing. Programming is done via a master code -no software, no USB connection, no laptop required. Settings and all programmed codes remain stored in memory when the batteries are removed, so a battery change doesn't trigger a full reprogramming session.

Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
