- Plain Bearing Standard Weight
- For Standard weight doors receiving low frequency service. Template hinges are furnished with all machine and wood screws
- Ball Bearing Standard Weight
- For Standard weight doors receiving average frequency service. Template hinges are furnished with all machine and wood screws
- Ball Bearing Heavy Weight
- For Heavy Doors (such as entrance and corridors) or doors receiving high frequency service. Inner edges are beveled to conform the shape of barrel and to make close fitting joints. Heavy weight template hinges are equipped with all machine and one half screws
- Half Surface 5 Knuckle Template
- For standard weight Kalamein doors with hollow metal jambs receiving average frequency service
- Half Mortise 5 Knuckle Template
- For hollow metal doors with channel iron jambs receiving average frequency service
- Swing Clear
- For use where conditions require a completely clear opening when door is opened to 90 degree angle. Inner edges of leaves are beveled to conform to shape of barrel and to make close fitting joints. Phillips head threaded plug permits hinge to be reversed to suit application
- Full Mortise
- Both leaves are mortised. One leaf in the door and one leaf in the frame (wood door or hollow metal door with wood frame or hollow metal frame)
- Half Mortise
- One leaf is mortised in the door and the other is surface applied to the frame (hollow metal door with channel iron frame)
- Full Surface
- Both leaves are applied to the surface, one to the door and the other to the frame (metal core door or hollow metal door with channel iron frame)
- Half Surface
- One leaf is mortised in the frame and the other is surface applied to the face of the door (wood door with wood frame or metal core door with metal hollow frame)
- Materials and Finishes
- Wrought Steel: Satin finishes or highly polished and plated. All plated finishes have a clear baked finish
- Wrought Stainless Steel
- Satin finish non-ferrous, non-corrosive grade 304
- Stock Finishes
- Contact for stock finishes. Materials such as solid brass are available on request. Prefix SB before part #. Tips - Button: All hinges have flat button tip, except concealed ball bearing hinges which are flush
- Non-removable Pins
- Removable threaded set screw in barrel prevent pin from being removed when door is closed. Available on all hinges. Use N.R.P. for ordering

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Products

• Emtek configured products
• Hoppe trim sets and multipoint hardware
• Keyed locks or cylinders
• Cut keys
• Electronic locks once powered or installed
• Safes once delivered or installed
• Clearance or discounted items

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
