ATRIUM / GU MANUAL TRIPACT VERSION MULTIPOINT LOCK REPLACEMENT KIT FOR OLD STYLE LOCK with Different sizes backset
This is a 3 point locking system that features two tongue latches and a deadbolt.
All three locking points are engaged by lifting the handle.
This is NOT a direct replacement for the Atrium door lock. It requires minor modifications. See additional pictures of Atrium old-style and Atrium replacement lock comparisons.

Backset: 45 mm (1-3/4 inch)
Handle Height: 31-1/8 inch - 35 inch
Handle Spacing (PZ): 92 mm
Top Tongue Position: 32-5/8 inch above handle
Bottom Tongue Position: 26-3/4 inch below handle
Faceplate width: 16mm (5/8 inch)
Ends: Radius / Rounded
Discontinued G-U Tripact Lock:
Overall Length: 69-3/4 inch, with radius ends.
Handle Height: 31-1/8 inches, from bottom of radius faceplate.
Handle to top of face plate: 38-3/8
Bottom Tongue: 26-3/8 inches
Top Tongue: 33 inches.
Backset: different Backsets available
Handle PZ Spacing: 3-5/8 ( 92 mm) center of cylinder / handle
Key Cylinder Hole: Flat Tail piece, standard 5 pin American
Uses standard American version 5 pin cylinder with Flat Tail Piece.
Top of Spring latch to bottom of Deadbolt is 4-1/2 inches.
Note:
This replacement was developed to replace the discontinued G-U Tripact tongue version lock.
It may not work as a replacement for other locks.
Although the measurements for the two locks are nearly the same, the Deadbolt and Spring Latch strike plates may need to be adjusted on the door jamb.
In addition to relocating the strike and or strikes, you may need to chisel out a small portion of the door jamb to accommodate the Deadbolt and Spring Latch.

To Change Handing:
1. Insert screw driver into slot, push down
2. Push lever down till you here a click, release handle
3. Latch comes out, reverse and push latch in all the way and hold
4. Push lever down till it clicks.
5. Release lever and check function.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
