The Adams Rite P8800/P8700 Pullman Rim Exit Devices offer an exciting new solution for applications requiring exit devices with a 3/4" Pullman latching solution.
These Pullman Rim Exit Devices are evaluated to ANSI/BHMA A156.3-2014 Grade 1 certified for the ultimate in strength and security and designed for optimal performance in high use areas. Available with an array of essential mechanical and electrification options including cylinder dogging for increased security functionality and motorized latch retraction, monitoring and alarm to provide an electrified out-of-the-box solution for integration with existing access control systems.
P8800/P8700 offer compatibility with a wide selection of products to provide a fully crafted solution. Specifically designed for retail storefronts, multi-use commercial offices, schools, medical centers and financial institutions where access control and accessibility is required and high performance is expected.
Function:
When the door closes, the 3/4" throw deadlocking stainless steel Pullman latchbolt nests inside the strike assembly and the smaller deadlatch rests on the strike assembly activating the deadlatching fetaure. When the active pushbar is depressed, both the Pullman latchbolt and the smaller deadlatch are retracted, allowing the door to open. Compatible with Adams Rite 74R1 Electric Strike for fully preload capable solution.
Suitable for use on single doors, or with mullion on pairs of doors. Designed for optimal performance in high-use areas.
Features:
Materials: Active push bar and back bar made of extruded aluminum, available in choice of finishes.
Handing: Device is non-handed.
Push bar Length: Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30"[762.0 mm], 36" [914.4 mm], 42" [1,066.8mm], and 48" [1,219.2 mm] openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.
Door Thickness: Suitable for all door thickness. Can be used with trim on 1-3/4" [44.5 mm] standard, up to 2-1/4" [57.2 mm]. When cylinders are required, select rim cylinder length based upon door thickness.
Stile Width: Minimum 2" [50.8 mm] stile. Fits narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum doors.
Projection: 2-1/2" [63.5 mm] when fully projected,1-3/4" [44.4 mm] when dogged.
Dogging: Standard dogging with 3/16" hex key.
Fasteners: Standard 'F' self-tapping screws. Rivnuts are provided for the P8700 only.
Strike: Horizontally adjustable strike assembly body made of Zamak 5 with hardened steel roller. Standard strike assembly suitable for centering doors in 4" jamb. Strike plate adjusts 1/4" horizontally.
Cylinders: Select any standard 1-5/32" [29.4 mm] diameter rim cylinder such as the 8736 Rim Cylinder, Available separately.
Cylinder x Fixed Pull Functions: For function 03 (Night Latch - key releases latch) select any standard 1-5/32" [29.4 mm] diameter rim cylinder such as the 8736 Rim Cylinder.
Entry Trim Functions: For entry trim function 08(key locks/unlocks lever) or function 09 (key releases lever) select any standard 1" [25.4 mm] length, 1-5/32" [29.4 mm] diameter mortise cylinder with MS® cam such as the 4036 Mortise Cylinder. Accomodates cylinder lengths from 1" [25.4 mm] to 1-1/4" [31.8 mm]. Available separately.
Trim: Device is compatible with Adams Rite 3080 Series Entry Trim and 3090 Serires Entry Trim.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.Â
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
