This lock fits the old style IPD (insulated patio door) Citadel French Multi-point Mortise Lock.
This lock is the middle section, it is a spring latch that becomes a deadbolt.
It is used on Peachtree doors that were manufactured before 2002.
It features a panic release function that is engaged from the inside only.
This Mortise Lock has a unique Handle Spacing (PZ) of 6 inches (152mm)
Note: Please read the articles and watch the video before attempting to replace this Peachtree IPD lock. All links are at the bottom of this page. This IPD Lock is the hardest multipoint lock to install. If you don't watch the video and read the articles, you will likely have problems.

Handing Notes:
To determine the correct handing of your mortise lock, see additional pictures. Note all handing is determined from the outside of your door. If you have an outswing door, you will need to reverse the direction of the latch when you receive it. This is an easy, 5-second procedure.

Panic Release:
This lock features a Panic Release function that allows someone on the inside of the door to quickly release the Deadbolt Latch and exit the room.
This function can be switched to accommodate either handing of door (or if you purchased the wrong-handed lock on accident).
For example:
If you purchased this lock but your door is a left-hand inswing, you will need to reverse the panic release function.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
