There are 3 things you must know
1. The length of the metal channel balance
2. The numbers and letters stamped into or on the metal channel
3. The proper end is attached.
Finish = Mill Aluminum (no white or beige available)

1/2" Ribbed Channel Balance D70 for Jambliners, #2 End Bracket Attached
Actually 5/8" but considered 1/2" in the trade.
Used on Wood double hung tilt in windows
Channel Balance Width: 9/16 inch
Channel Balance Depth: 5/8 inch
Channel Balance Length: varies, 10 to 52 inches
Ordering Information:
1. Identify the numbers and letters on the balance
2. Measure the metal portion of the balance. It should be 1 Inch MORE than the number stamped on balance.
Note: The first two numbers are the glass size, the reason we want to check the length is be be sure it hasn't been cut down or altered.
3. Weight Code - The letters refers to the weight code.
If there is no letter, it is the same as R - Regular / standard weight.
R, HD, or XH on Balance
Note: TG is the same as XH

3. Verify the numbers and letters selected match your balance

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Products
• Custom or special-order hardware
• Emtek configured products
• Hoppe trim sets and multipoint hardware
• Keyed locks or cylinders
• Cut keys
• Electronic locks once powered or installed
• Safes once delivered or installed
• Clearance or discounted items
• Items showing signs of installation
Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
