Yale 5307LN Grade 2 Entrance or Corridor Lock - ANSI F109
For entrance, general home or office doors. Deadlocking latchbolt. Either lever operates latchbolt (except when outside lever is locked from inside). Pushing turn button in inside lever locks outside lever. (Automatically releases when inside lever is turned or key is rotated in locked outside lever.) Outside lever may be retained in locked position by pushing and rotating turn button 90clockwise to a horizontal position; not released until turn button is manually returned to the vertical position. Latchbolt is operated by key in outside lever or by rotating inside lever. Inside lever always active.

Non-Handed : Three non-handed lever options (Augusta, Monroe, and Pacific Beach) comply with ADA requirements for easy gripping and operation.
Door Thickness: Locksets are preassembled for 1-3/8" (35mm) - 1-3/4" (44mm) doors. Preset at factory for 1-3/4" (44mm). Special order available for 2" (51mm) or 2-1/4" (57mm) thick doors please specify door thickness on order.
Lock Chassis: Lockset chassis constructed of heavy-gauge steel and cast components, plated to protect against rust and corrosion
Free wheeling lever trim: All locking functions feature the Free Wheeling lever mechanism. When the outside lever is locked, it will rotate freely up and down while remaining securely locked.
Backset: 2-3/4" (70mm) standard. Optional: 2-3/8", 3-3/4" (95mm) and Extensions links up to 6".
Latchbolt: Stainless steel with 1/2" throw.
Auxiliary Latchbolt: Deadlocking latchbolt prevents manipulation when door is closed.
Front: Wrought brass, bronze, or stainless steel, 2-1/4" (57mm) x 1-1/8" (29mm). All latches have universal fronts, so they fit flat and beveled door fronts.
Strike: Wrought brass, bronze or stainless steel ANSI curved lip, 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" lip to center standard. Optional strikes, lip lengths and ANSI wrought strike box available.
Cylinder: Brass, 6-pin, E1R (PARA) keyway standard.
Keying Features Available: 6-pin, Master keying, Construction master keying, Interchangeable core (IC).
Keys: Two nickel silver standard.
Warranty: The 5300LN Series cylindrical lever lock carries a five-year warranty. Likewise, the 5300LN carries a lifetime warranty against lever sag and lever spring breakage.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
