The Champion ES-12 Home & Fire Safe passed testing in an ASME Certified Facility and received the UL RSC Residential Security Container Burglary Rating. The ES-12 safe also comes with a 1 Hour Fire Rating at 1350º with three layers of fire insulation. The Walls of this Champion home safe are made of 12 Gauge Steel with 8 Active Locking Bolts - 1" in Diameter. The Door consists of 11 Gauge Outer Steel and Full 14 Gauge Inner Steel. For elegance, this high security safe is shaped with a Classic Steel Arch Doorway.
The interior of the Champion ES 12 Home Safe comes with multiple features that keep it easy to stay organized inside the safe. The interior is lined with Plush Velour for a look of luxury. Two LED Light Strips come installed to make it easy to see the interior of your safe even in the dark. Three adjustable or removable side shelves come included, along with one top shelf. Four 9" Wide wood Drawers are included to store small valuables. On the inside of the door comes a Deluxe Door Organizer with multiple Hooks, One Pistol Holster, One Small Double Pouch and One Large Pouch.
On the Front of the ES-12 safe comes an Electronic Lock that is paired with a 3-Spoke Handle. The exterior of the safe is a beautiful gloss finish in a bronze or ivory color.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
