Roto Multipoint Lock gear Assembly with 15-3/4 face plate and studs for Pin Connection to upper and lower assemblies (current style uses serrated teeth). This will NOT replace the old style with the 13-3/8 faceplate used on earlier multipoint locks. The deadbolt is in a new location. about 1/8" lower than the old 13-3/8 style.
This Roto gear lock box works on roller and tongue version locks with Pin Connection. This replaces only the 15-3/4 face plate with Pin connections and will not work with the 13-3/8 model or the 15-3/4 inch model with Serrated teeth connection.

When Retrofitting new lock, the door may need to be notched out 23/32 inch to accept the position of the new style gear box.
Also, the strike plate may need to be lowered or replaced. Modification of 23/32 inch to line up with the latch and dead bolt.

HOW THIS LOCK WORKS:
To Lock the door, Lift Handle and deadbolt will extend. Turn Key or thumb turn to lock in position. To Unlock the Door, Turn Thumb Turn or Key, and depress the lever to Open.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.

• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
