Description
The Rockwell Sonoma Sliding Door handles are designed
with smooth curves and rounded contours for ease in
pulling the sliding door. The Sonoma handlesets are
available in both Aluminum Die cast and Zinc Diecast
materials.
The Sonoma Handles are a 1 piece construction handlesets
eliminating any occurrence of loose handles on the escutcheon
plate.
The Sonoma profile height of 1.6″ clears screen Doors.
The Sonoma Sliding Door Handles are Available in Keyed
Entry, Privacy and Dummy functions.
The handles are Non-handed and suitable for either right
or left hand doors.
The Sonoma Handles Have 5/16″ Screw bosses to prevent
handle movement and are also supplied with anti-slip gaskets.
The handles are available in Powder Coat, and Architectural
Finishes.
The Keyed Entry Handlesets have the locking Cylinders
pre-installed in the Center keylock position for both
1-3/8″ or 1-3/4″ Thick doors.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
