The Medeco 14 Series is a Grade 2 commercial deadbolt that provides an outstanding combination of cylinder options, performance and value. It is the ideal choice for a wide variety of commercial and heavy duty residential applications where consistent quality, ease of use and installation are required.
Ideal applications include: office buildings, hospitals, schools, restaurants, apartments and retail outlets.
The Medeco 14 Series can be used in conjunction with either Medeco3, BiLevel, or KeyMark x4 Key Control cylinders as well as Medeco eCylinders. When offered alongside the Medeco Maxum deadbolt, it provides end users a choice to select from these options of smart deadbolt solutions.

- One inch throw bolt with hardened steel free spinning steel pin insert resists sawing
- Bolt mechanism designed to adjust for both 2 3/8 inch or 2 3/4 inch backset, with 2 3/4 inch fixed backset also available, which provides greater flexibility and ease of installation
- Free turning outer ring on collar resist wrenching attacks
- Utility patented key control, (for cylinders that incorporate the Medeco3design), provides protection against the unauthorized duplication of keys
- Medeco3 cylinders include special elevating and rotating pin tumbler design, along with false slots on the bottom pins, mushroom top pins and a sidebar mechanism, work together, to provide superior pick resistance
- Medeco3 cylinders also include angled cuts on the keys, along with fore and aft positioning, in the Medeco3 design, provide added dimensions that dramatically increases key combinations and enables Medeco® to produce some of the largest master key systems in the industry
- Medeco3 cylinders include hardened steel inserts, positioned in critical areas of the cylinder, provide a high degree of drill resistance
- Medeco3 cylinders UL437 listing provides assurance that cylinders meet universal standards for drill and pick resistance and resistance against other types of forced attack

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Products
• Custom or special-order hardware
• Emtek configured products
• Hoppe trim sets and multipoint hardware
• Keyed locks or cylinders
• Cut keys
• Electronic locks once powered or installed
• Safes once delivered or installed
• Clearance or discounted items
• Items showing signs of installation
Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• This product may be custom ordered or configured to your specifications.
