Starting with security, the Rhino Kodiak KSB5940EX-SO is made with full 12 gauge steel composite door totaling 5-1/8" thick and 12 gauge body construction. Keeping the door in place are 1.25" 2-way locking bolts while the triple hard plate and spring loaded re-locker protect the lock. The anti-tamper clutched handle helps prevents someone from torquing the safe open via the handle and all this security combined earned the Rhino Kodiak Strongbox series a UL RSC (Residential Security Container) burglary rating.
In addition to the security, the Rhino Kodiak KSB5940EX-SO gun safe has a 60 minute fire rating at 1400° with three layers of fireboard in the ceiling and door and two in the walls. Rhino also includes a heat activated door seal that expands up to 7 times its size in a fire which seals the door edge to help keep out smoke.
Rhino uses a UL Type 1 Electronic Lock standard on this KSB5940EX-SO gun safe with the option to switch to a UL listed Type 2 Mechanical Lock.
The interior of the Kodiak KSB5928EX-SO is fully upholstered and has adjustable shelving to help maximize your safe with long guns or shelving. Also on the inside of the safe, is a factory installed USB equipped electrical outlet that allows you to store and charge your electronics and a door panel organizer capable of storing pistols and other small valuables. All Kodiak KSB5940EX-SO come standard with Rhino's Swing out Rack that helps increase the storage capacity of your safe.
The Rhino Kodiak KSB5940EX-SO gun safe is finished in the infamous Ironworks antiqued look where no two safes are the exact same and uses a 3-spoke black handle.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
