LCN SEH SENTRONIC, Surface-Mounted Fire/Life Safety Door Holder - Plated finishes
The LCN 4040 SEH Sentronic is a Holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors that must be used with an opposite side Mounted UL listed Door Closer. The Door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism and the Door closes. Single Lever (track) Arm is specifically designed for Interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.
The Sentronic SEH Series provides a single-point hold-open function for fire and smoke barrier doors that must be used with opposite-side-mounted UL listed Door Closers. It is backed by a 2-year limited warranty and meets ANSI/BHMA A156.15 and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code standards. The SEH Series is UL listed for metal smoke barrier or labeled fire doors and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold-open.
The SEH Series features a single-lever Arm specifically designed for Interior doors. It holds the Door open until an electrical current interruption releases the holding mechanism, allowing the Door to close. It also integrates with existing fire and life safety systems, minimizing danger under fire conditions.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy
Golden Locks Inc. sells professional door hardware, security products, and custom-configured items.
Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
