Our custom replacement 4990613 has a 2-3/8" (60mm) backset, yours is 2-3/16" (55mm).
When using the lock with 2-3/8 backset, your handle set will shift 3/16 away from the edge of the door and leave a Paint / Stain
line and most likely an impression in the door from the original plate.
Most Pease Handle sets will not work with the replacement lock.
Pease used 2 different width Handle set plates and 2 different size holes in door.
If your escutcheon plate is only 1-5/8 wide, then a new handle set trim with a 2 x 12 plate, like our or 395009 will cover the old
marks and work with the new custom multipoint lock.
If your door has a cross bore of 2-1/8 inch wide and the trim plates are 2-3/8 inches wide you will need a plate under the trim to
cover the large hole OR new handle set with a plate width of 2-1/2 inches wide or larger.
Replacement 3-point Lock Operation:
To Change Handing / Latch Reversal:
1. Lift Lever to extend deadbolt and hooks
2. Pull spring latch out, rotate latch to correct position
3. Check function of lock before closing door
To Lock door:
Lift the handle to extend locking points and turn thumbturn or key to secure in locked position.
When the Lever is lifted the Deadbolt and hooks are fully extended.
This lock has a mis-handing latch that needs to be pushed in to function. (see additional pictures above)

• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
