LCN 4410HSA Series SENTRONIC, Surface-Mounted Heavy Duty Fire/Life Safety Door Closer/Holder - Powder Coat Finish
The 4410HSA Sentronic is an electrically controlled Closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the Door is opened to 80������ or more, the Door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied Door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the Door under control of the Heavy Duty Closer. Double Lever Arm Closer is specifically designed for push side mounting. Choice of finishes and accessories meet virtually all high traffic installation requirements.
The 4310HSA and 4410HSA Series Closers/holders meet ANSI/BHMA A156.15 and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code standards, and come with a 2-year warranty. The Closers/holders are designed to integrate with existing fire and life safety systems, minimizing danger to life and property under fire conditions. The Closers function as full rack-and-pinion Door Closers when the hold-open function is not engaged or the electrical current is interrupted. The 4310HSA and 4410HSA Series Closers/holders are surface Mounted and include a choice of finishes and accessories to meet virtually all high traffic installation requirements.
Pedestrians trigger the built-in HSA scanner by moving through the doorway. When the Door is opened to 80������ or more, the electrical hold-open takes over, minimizing everyday hardware damage. When the last pedestrian is through the door, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the Door with the heavy-duty Closer.

Return, Cancellation & Special Order Policy

Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
• Claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
