Cal-Royal PL7100 Grade 1 Commercial Phone Lock, Function-Entrance
DETAILS: CAL-ROYAL PL7100 GRADE 1 COMMERCIAL PHONE LOCK, FUNCTION-ENTRANCE
Latch bolt operated by lever from either side, except outside has to use a pre-programmed RFID card or a registered smart phone to touch the face of the face lock in order to retract the latch upon turning the lever. Key overrides the use of the RFID card and smartphone.

- Admin Phone
- A lock can only have one Administrator phone at a time. Only smartphones are used as Administrator
- Access Log
- The K3 app features a 24 / 7 activity log, so you can keep track of who accessed the lock. A timestamped access log can be shared by the Admin phone via email
- Passage Mode
- Once enabled by the Admin, the unit is unlocked continuously until "Disable Passage Mode" is initiated
- Tones and LED Indicators
- Indicates the operating status of the lock accompanied by the corresponding tones / beeps
- Restricted Access Right
- PL7100 can be programmed to specify the access period or intervals of users
- Keypad Anti-Tamper Lockout
- If an invalid code is entered 3 times consecutively, the unit will alarm 10 beeps and stay idle for 1 minute
- Remote Switch / Release
- PL7100 provides 2 remote switches. Either can be used for an emergency push button switch, or can be connected to alarm systems IE fire alarms

- Low Battery Warning
- When voltage is lower than safety power, PL7100 gives beep sound warnings after unlocking the device
- Clutch Technology
- The outside lever of the PL7100 is a free-wheeling lever. If no valid code is entered, the lever will just turn freely without moving any parts inside. Thus, preventing breaking or tampering

Due to the nature of these products, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website or store. By placing an order with Golden Locks Inc., the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy :
• Customers may request order changes, modifications, or cancellations within 24 hours of placingnan order.
• Requests must be submitted by email to CS@GoldenLocksinc.com.
• After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, allocated from inventory, submitted to thenmanufacturer, entered into production, or prepared for shipment.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and processing fee.
• Golden Locks Inc. reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped, manufactured, customized, cut, keyed, or assembled.
Custom Orders / Special Orders (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)
• Many products sold by Golden Locks Inc. are custom-configured or special-ordered directly from manufacturers.
• Examples include Emtek configured hardware, Hoppe multipoint trim sets, special finish hardware, multipoint lock components, keyed cylinders, and custom door hardware configurations.
• Once these orders are submitted to the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Standard Return Policy (Stock Items Only)
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Damage or Missing Items)
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

• Customers must provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Customers agree to the policies stated on this page when placing an order.
• Golden Locks Inc. may provide order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance records to payment processors in the event of disputes.
Return Authorization Required
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.
